Yael Rock is an Australian actress is known to have played roles in films and TV shows such as Lorna Mortello in Orange Is the New Black Peretta Jordain from Childhood's End or Dora Lumley Picnic at Hanging Rock. The actress has also been featured on numerous films and television shows including Spirited High Maintenance Deep Water Penn Zero Part-Time Hero The Wilde Wedding. She is known for advocating on behalf of women's issues and for supporting reproductive rights and protections for the climate. Balmain Public School was her final school. In Australia she was a graduate of Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as at the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
